Operations

What we do, in detail.

Biladrogroup is an online retail group. We build and operate our own direct-to-consumer stores in the fashion and lifestyle space for customers in the United Kingdom. This page explains our business model end to end — the same explanation we give partners, banks and payment providers.

Business model

Each of our stores is a standalone consumer brand with its own identity, product range and storefront, designed and managed in-house. Behind every store sits the same registered company (Biladrogroup LLC), the same published policies and the same service standards. Revenue comes exclusively from retail sales to consumers; we do not operate marketplaces, wholesale programmes or third-party seller platforms.

How products are sourced

We choose products deliberately, not in bulk. Candidate products are identified through market research, then assessed against our pre-listing checklist: lawful to sell in the UK, free of third-party intellectual-property conflicts, accurately representable, and deliverable within the times we promise. Where the category warrants it, we order and inspect samples before listing.

Supplier relationships

We work with a small, vetted panel of manufacturing and fulfilment partners rather than a rotating cast of unknowns. Every partner operates under our published supplier standards covering product quality, dispatch speed, packaging and tracking reliability. Performance is reviewed on every order cycle; partners who miss standards get one improvement cycle, then are replaced.

Inventory strategy

We operate a lean, partner-held inventory model: stock is held and dispatched by our fulfilment partners, which keeps our range flexible and our prices sensible while every parcel remains fully tracked. This is a deliberate operating choice, disclosed plainly here, and it changes nothing about our obligations — every order is our responsibility from checkout to delivery, and every remedy in our returns policy is honoured by us directly.

Fulfilment process

Fulfilment

Every parcel tracked, every order owned.

From dispatch confirmation to the customer’s door, responsibility for the order stays with us — never outsourced to a tracking page.

Product categories

Our first store launches with women’s fashion (dresses, tops, knitwear, outerwear) and bags & accessories (everyday bags, small accessories, jewellery basics). A second category — home & living (organisers, kitchen accessories, décor) — is planned for 2027, gated on the first store meeting its service benchmarks. We publish categories rather than a mock catalogue; listings go live with the store itself, and every item passes the pre-listing checklist above.

Customer service process

Support runs Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (UK time), by email and phone, with every message answered within one business day. Returns are authorised within one business day of the request. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Complaints follow a published two-step procedure ending in management review with a full written response.

International operations

The company is registered in the United States; our customers are in the United Kingdom; our founder and supplier network operate internationally. All customer-facing terms are written for UK consumers, prices are shown in GBP with the checkout price final for UK deliveries, and our policies are aligned with UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Risk management

Questions about any part of this operation — from a customer, supplier, bank or partner — are welcome at info@biladrogroup.com. We answer within one business day.
