1. About these terms

By placing an order you accept these terms and the policies they incorporate.
2. Our responsibilities

- To dispatch within stated processing times and provide tracking on every order.
- To honour the Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.
- To answer every customer message within one business day and operate the published complaints procedure.
- To protect personal data as described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate order and delivery information.
- Use our websites lawfully and refrain from attempting unauthorised access.
- Request return authorisation before posting a return, and keep proof of postage.
- Contact us about problems so we can apply the remedies in these terms.
4. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in GBP inclusive of applicable charges at checkout; for UK deliveries the checkout price is final. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability, with an immediate full refund. We accept payments solely for our own retail sales; we do not process payments for, or accept funds on behalf of, any third party.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, tracking, the 30-day return window, refund timelines, exchanges and exceptions are set out in the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence, including the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies.
7. Authenticity of goods

8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints follow the published two-step procedure: first response within one business day; on request, escalation to management review with a full written response within 5 business days. We ask customers to use this procedure before initiating card disputes — it is almost always faster. Nothing prevents you from seeking independent advice or exercising legal rights at any time.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, industrial action, carrier network failures, or governmental restrictions. Affected orders may be cancelled by either party with a full refund of undelivered goods.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website and our stores — text, design, wordmarks and imagery — belongs to Biladrogroup LLC or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are abused, including fraudulent orders or abusive conduct toward staff. Lawful outstanding obligations — existing orders, refunds due — survive any termination.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence, which always prevail where required by law.
