Supplier standards.
Biladrogroup works with a small, vetted panel of manufacturing and fulfilment partners. This page sets out what we require of every partner, before and during the relationship. We publish it so customers can see how their orders are produced and handled — and so prospective suppliers know exactly what we expect.
Verification before onboarding
- Verified business identity and operating history — we work with established operations, not anonymous intermediaries.
- Product samples inspected where the category requires it, against our quality checklist.
- Confirmed realistic dispatch times and tracking-data reliability before any listing goes live.
- Written acceptance of the standards on this page.
Quality requirements
- Products must match approved samples and listing specifications — substitutions are a removable offence.
- Dispatch within the agreed window (normally 1–2 business days from order).
- Valid, scannable tracking on every parcel, uploaded promptly.
- Packaging that protects the product and contains no unauthorised inserts.
Ethics
We expect partners to operate lawfully and ethically: no counterfeit or infringing goods, no misrepresented materials, and compliance with applicable labour and safety laws in their jurisdictions. A partner found supplying counterfeit or unsafe goods is removed immediately and permanently.
Compliance
Partners must not supply any item on our prohibited list and must cooperate with product-safety requests, including batch information and recall support where required.
Performance review
Supplier performance is reviewed on every order cycle across four measures: defect and return rate, dispatch punctuality, tracking reliability, and complaint themes traceable to the supplier. Partners who miss standards receive one documented improvement cycle; a second failure ends the relationship. We would rather delay a launch than ship a product we are not confident in.
