Shipping policy.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase and a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Transit times
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days from dispatch. Individual product pages state the applicable delivery estimate before you order — the time we show is the time we have confirmed with our fulfilment partner.
Tracking
Every order — 100%, no exceptions — ships with end-to-end tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Delivery partners
Orders are dispatched by our vetted fulfilment partners and delivered by established parcel carriers into the UK network. Partners operate under our published supplier standards for dispatch speed and tracking reliability.
Customs and import charges
For UK deliveries, the price you pay at checkout is final. You will not be asked to pay additional customs, VAT or handling charges when your parcel arrives — applicable charges are handled within the price at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will locate the parcel, reship your order or refund you in full — your choice. You will never be left chasing a courier yourself.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items are refunded or replaced in full, including delivery costs.
Address changes
You can correct a delivery address free of charge at any time before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. After dispatch we will attempt a carrier redirect where the service allows it.
International shipping
We deliver to the United Kingdom today. Delivery to selected European countries is planned as part of our 2027 roadmap and this policy will be updated when it begins.
