Governance
Corporate responsibility.
This page sets out the principles that govern how Biladrogroup LLC behaves as a business — towards customers, suppliers, partners and the institutions we work with.
Integrity
- We describe our business accurately — to customers, banks, payment providers and partners. The model described on What we do is the model we run.
- We publish our terms and follow them. Policies on this site are binding on every store we operate.
- We do not use fake reviews, fabricated statistics, false scarcity or misleading claims of any kind.
Customer commitment
- Every message answered within one business day, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (UK time).
- Faults fixed at our cost when the fault is ours — including delivery costs.
- A published complaints procedure with fixed response times and management review.
- Statutory consumer rights always honoured in full, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Transparency
- Company registration details, registered address and leadership are published on this site and verifiable in public records.
- Policies are versioned and dated; changes are visible, not silent.
- Our operating model — including partner-held inventory — is disclosed plainly, because customers and partners deserve to know how their orders are handled.
Business conduct
- We comply with the laws applicable to our operations in the United States and the United Kingdom.
- We meet our obligations to suppliers and partners on the terms we agree.
- We protect customer data as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy and never sell it.
- We keep proper records and cooperate fully with lawful requests from regulators and financial partners.
Accountability
Responsibility for this code sits with the founder and CEO, Bilal Ben el hachmi. Concerns about our conduct — from anyone — can be raised at info@biladrogroup.com and will be reviewed at management level within five business days.
