Complaints procedure

We take complaints seriously and handle them in two published steps:

1. First response. Email us with “Complaint” in the subject (or use the form above with topic “Complaint”). Your complaint is acknowledged within one business day with a proposed resolution or a clear next step.
2. Escalation. Not satisfied? Reply asking for escalation. Escalated complaints are reviewed at management level and receive a full written response within 5 business days.

This procedure never limits your statutory rights or your right to independent advice, including from Citizens Advice in the UK.
